My Darling Clementine

In My Darling Clementine, Wyatt shows the viewer that he can be very calm in situations that most people would not be calm in. I have come to realize that this trait is common in many adventure films as the main character is the one who usually does somthing heroic due to his/her calmness. When we watch such things taking place it is usually what makes the character most admirable. We would like to think that in his/her situation we would be able to solve the situation as they do.
This is illustrated in My Darling Clementine as Wyatt shows his cool in the gun fight at the OK Corral. Although bullets are flying about him he remains calm and is able to take care of the task at hand which is that the "cattle rustlers" and more importnatly killers are brought to justice.

Nelly, I also thought Wyatt showed extreme control when times were hectic. He never lost his cool even when bullets were whizzing by his face. This makes him a very powerful character and tells alot about his personality. It shows he has an amazing amount of self control and that he is very intelligent. Great post.
